At Autoverse.pk, we value your satisfaction and strive to ensure that you are completely happy with your purchases. We understand that sometimes an item may not be what you expected, which is why we offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for a Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Includes all original tags and packaging.

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Return Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for covering return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, faulty, or not what you originally ordered.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and take appropriate action to resolve it promptly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned:

  • Custom/Bespoke Products: Items made to order by contacting us directly.

  • Oils: Any automotive or liquid oils.

  • Restricted Items: Final sale items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

  1. Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  2. Processing: If approved, you will be contacted to confirm your preferred refund medium and will be issued your refund within 10 business days.
